Sun’s Out, Mum’s Out

It’s sayonara Big Coat, and buenos dias to your favourite bridging jacket. Wake up, stretch those legs and hoover up some Vitamin D.

Look, I’ll say it with my chest. Winter is in the rear view.

Goodbye. God bless. You won’t be missed.

And you know what that means?

It’s wakey wakey time that’s what.

I get it… No-one likes to be shaken out of their hibernation, aided and abetted by an Easter-egg induced coma.

But here’s the thing: because getting used to longer days, brighter rays can take a little adjusting, I’ve got a few ideas to help you hop, skip and jump out of bed in the morning.

Because you know that scary 10k a day figure? Well, it turns out you don’t need that many. And anyway any best feet forward will help a create a healthier, happier you.

Crucial for anyone with aspirations to stay alive, it turns out there can be more to breathing than just the not dying bit.

I’m talking breathwork.

I was sceptical at first, but now, I believe in the power of breathe. And maybe you’ll get some benefit, too?

Hobbies

It’s good to have a little something on the side. To be clear, I’m talking about hobbies.

That’s right: something new, something different.

Something to take you away from the routine. It’s easy to get stuck in our ways, especially over the 9 months of the British winter (give or take).

So, why not freshen things up a little?
