This is Animal House

Bad news giving you a nosebleed? Maybe it’s time for some pet therapy. Because let’s face it, sometimes our four-legged friends are the only pals we need.

Pure zen

Well, while he’s spring cleaning the house, I’m ready to spring clean my brain.

To supercharge my aura.
Beam like a ray of pure sunshine.
Be pure Zen, hen.

What I’m saying here is: I am ready to Own. It.

“So seek out some canine devotion. Get yourself a feline follower. I say if you got ‘em, pet’em.”

But I’m going to need a bit of help with my first workout. There’s nothing quite like climbing into the Lycra and slapping those cobwebs away with a new personal trainer:

Yep I’ve been thinking and you know what: we need more fur in our lives.
Ok, not always fur. Feathers are also good.

Did you know… Brahma Chickens are as tall as a 2-3 year old child!

So seek out some canine devotion.
Get yourself a feline follower.
An emotional support dog with anxiety issues?

I say if you got ‘em, pet’em.

Because podcasts, Wim Hof, and – God forbid – decaf coffees with oat milk aren’t giving me the vibes I need. So, want to tackle the day full of beans and with a positive leap in your step?

That’s the nurture of nature, right there. Although in between all that petting and cooing, don’t forget the real ones, too.

You know who they are.
