I’m sick of it. No, not November.
The whinging. The groaning. The moaning. Afterall, it is winter. What do people expect? Club Tropicana this is not.
So toughen up, because I’ve got 3 ways you can put those blues to the sword.
“The year still be saved. Because although Traitors has finished – and I can’t kid you here, I too am mourning this like a dead goldfish or a dropped cake – all is not lost.”
1. Get outside
As terrifying as it may seem, the outside does have some stuff going for it.
Fresh air. The sky (sometimes). You can hit your step count?
So my number one recommendation is: throw that door open to the world, take a big deep breath, and start walking. Just go easy though. Don’t overdo it.

2. Treat yourself
It’s been a slog. And let’s face it, Christmas ain’t gonna be any easier. My advice? Get a bit of YOU time. Just not like this.

Grab that lie in. Luxuriate in some deep meditation, thanks to actually useful apps. Take a day off. I mean, there’s also the Five reunion tour if you fancy something a little more, er, energetic.
3. Stick something on TV

Alright, maybe you don’t want to leave your nice, warm house. And you know what, that’s ok – you can still be saved.
Because although Traitors has finished – and I can’t kid you here, I too am mourning this like a dead goldfish or a dropped cake – all is not lost.
There’s tonnes of decent stuff on the box. Here’s a few recommendations from yours truly:
Netflix – Frankenstein
Not that scary, but still quite sad. Tiny Oscar Isaac in big furs, massive Jacob Elordi in his undies and loads and loads of amazing costumes in this tearjerking classic.
BBC iPlayer – Blue Lights
A crime drama! Whatever will they think of next. But before you swipe on and on, give this a spin, because it does hit a bit different to the usual. 3 seasons now, so plenty to binge back on once you get into it. And you will, trust me.
Hulu – All’s Fair
A team of butt-kicking female divorce lawyers strike out with their own super-powered firm that knees the patriarchy where it hurts, and defies budget restrictions to deliver a worldie of a wardrobe and Kim Kardashian in a lead role. Oh yes.
Anyway, I hope this helps you put a smile on your face and leaves November a happy memory. Ish.
